Niyaa People

Niyaa People is a housing recruitment agency based in Birmingham, founded in 2008. It places people with public and private sector organisations and says it helps businesses, associations and charities across the country build hiring strategies for both contract and permanent staff.

The company started out as a specialist in the built environment for the public and private sectors, and its focus has since moved to housing. It recruits in social housing, corporate support, trades and labour, property and surveying, and maintenance contractors. Roles range from tradespeople, office support staff and engineers to site managers, operations managers and directors.

Dal Shoker is the CEO. The company works from offices in Birmingham and says its team has grown to 40 people from a small shared office.
