Nexus

Nexus is a boutique executive search firm that focuses on leadership appointments in end-to-end supply chain functions: operations, supply chain, procurement and digital transformation. It says it has a team of over 30 specialist consultants, who specialise by function, industry and region.

Its core industries are consumer, materials and process manufacturing, industrial and advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and private equity and consulting. Within these it covers sectors such as FMCG, automotive, defence and aerospace, chemicals, packaging, pharma, medical devices and biotech. Each search runs from shaping the brief and candidate eligibility through to offer management and post-hire support, using global networks alongside regional market knowledge.

The firm has offices in London, Munich, Amsterdam and Austin, and was co-founded by Max Fitzgerald and Johnny Smyth. It reports more than 1,000 appointments in supply chain leadership roles, says 92% of its clients return for their next leadership appointment, and says some clients have worked with it for over 5 years.
