Nexus Recruitment Partners

Nexus Recruitment Partners is an Irish recruitment firm established in 2023. It specialises in sales, accountancy and tax recruitment, both domestically and internationally, and works with clients across a range of sectors. Its sectors are accounting, tax, sales, HR and business support, legal and construction, and it also offers executive search.

The firm was founded by Breen Curtin and David Harrington, who are its directors. Curtin is a specialist recruiter and headhunter focused on sales and healthcare recruitment, and has sourced talent for startups and multinationals in sectors such as healthcare, pharma, medical equipment, technology, energy and renewables, automotive and construction. Harrington specialises in accounting, tax and professional services recruitment and has over 10 years of experience in the field. He has managed searches for PLCs, global multinationals and Irish SMEs.

Nexus says it is led by search professionals who have worked directly in the sectors they recruit for. It works with both organisations and candidates, and describes its approach as people-first.
