Next Step Recruiting

Next Step Recruiting is a legal staffing firm that describes itself as a boutique. It recruits lawyers and other legal professionals for law firms and works with candidates as well as employers.

On the employer side, it says it studies a firm and the backgrounds of the professionals already in similar roles before putting a candidate forward. It says it does not send resumes to dozens of firms and does not act without a candidate's knowledge and consent. For candidates, it says it works with a limited number of people, helps with resumes, gives insight into different employers and prepares them for interviews.
