About the Agency
NextBridge Search is a recruitment and search firm that works with enterprise software companies. It was founded in 2012 as Woodbridge World Wide and rebranded as NextBridge Search in 2025. It describes itself as a private company.
The firm focuses on enterprise software organisations across sectors such as MarTech, retail, biotech and construction, and also names eCommerce and supply chain solutions among its fields. It works with key decision makers and with a select group of client companies, acting as an extension of their recruiting team rather than filling one-off positions. It says it can fill client facing positions. Its services are described as including strategic advisory, enterprise transformation, partnership management, business acceleration and executive search.
NextBridge Search now says it is no longer actively operating and is not accepting new recruiting engagements.
