Next Best Move

Next Best Move (NBM) is a London-based specialist recruitment consultancy founded in July 2021. It headhunts and places candidates for permanent, temporary and interim positions, from entry-level to boardroom level. It recruits in technology, accounting and finance, business support, HR, engineering and life sciences.

The company says its team has over 15 years of recruitment and account management experience. It takes on retained or contingent assignments and says it uses technology and data to make recruitment decisions from real-time information. It also says it champions no-name CVs with clients where possible, as part of building more diverse and inclusive workforces.
