He believes that attitude, knowledge, culture and compliance, are central to empowering businesses and the people who drive them. Before NDR, Chris evolved from working on the tools, to a recruitment consultant, to operating at management. A natural networker, he is highly regarded in Engineering, Management and Consulting roles, he has and continues to create a people focused driven business.

Zach joined NDR in early 2023 with nearly 10 years professional experience in telecommunications, sales and project management. This includes 4 years served with the US Army. Zach brings some great practical industry experience to the NDR team. He is responsible for managing both contract and permanent recruitment across Manufacturing & Operations.
