Nexintech is a talent acquisition agency based in Dublin, California, that describes itself as a boutique firm. Its process starts with the client's hiring goals and culture. The team then reviews the job description, searches on job portals and professional channels, screens resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and holds a short call with a high-level technical screening before submitting candidates. It says just under 80% of its clients have come through referrals and recommendations.
