NewWorkers is a Danish company that mediates and creates connections between businesses and foreign employees. It offers effective recruitment for landbrug, produktion, håndværk and auto, that is agriculture, production, skilled trades and the motor sector, and presents the process as fast, simple and free of hassle. The company works in two directions. It helps Danish businesses find employees, and it helps people abroad find a job or a work placement in Denmark. Alongside placement, NewWorkers connects Danish companies with foreign praktikanter, interns. The sectors NewWorkers serves are practical and hands on, with agriculture the most prominent. The company recruits fodermestre, herd managers, for Danish farms, and clients can order a fodermester online through the website. Beyond farming it covers production, craft trades and the motor sector, and it invites employers to browse by their own branch to see the workers available. A large part of the service is the immigration paperwork that these hires require. NewWorkers runs an application service covering residence permits for interns, residence permits for interns changing their placement, residence permits for fodermestre and their extension, permits for accompanying family and their extension, and permanent residence permits.

NewWorkers operates in Denmark, placing foreign workers with Danish employers. The process starts when a client makes contact by phone or through the site, after which the team notes and reviews the requirements carefully, finds the best candidates and sends their CVs. The client selects the candidates of interest and an interview is arranged by telephone or in person where possible. Once the client finds a candidate who meets expectations and wants to hire, NewWorkers continues with the work and residence permit paperwork, keeps the client updated on the status of the permits, and sends the documents for review and signature before the applications are submitted.
