Newr is a recruitment and interim firm that specialises in finance and accounting roles at all levels. It supplies companies with candidates and consultants at manager, specialist and line-role level, and offers interim placements, recruitment and executive search. The name comes from "new relations", and its work centres on building relationships between clients, consultants and candidates.

Newr works by proactively searching the market for qualified finance professionals, for both permanent and interim solutions. Its assignments range from large listed companies to startups in tech and e-commerce. The roles it fills run from accounting assistant to CFO, and include controllers, payroll specialists, analysts, and risk and compliance staff. Interim assignments vary in length from three to twelve months, and sometimes run longer.

Newr AB is based in Stockholm. Mats Gerdin, CEO, and Douglas Carbell, deputy CEO, are co-founders, and the company is part of Satellite Group.
