About the Agency
NewConfig is a Pennsylvania-based search and staffing firm that recruits for companies in IT, sales, legal, financial and construction roles. It also names healthcare and engineering among its staffing areas. It places executives, IT professionals, attorneys, construction managers and financial leaders, and says it works on national and global scales.
The firm was founded by Dmitry Nulman, a former certified SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP CRM consultant. It began with IT search only and, at clients' request, expanded into executive, legal, sales, finance and operations roles. Its IT work covers platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday and NetSuite.
NewConfig says its clients include Fortune 50 and Fortune 2000 companies, start-ups, law firms, hospitals, construction firms and IT system integrators. Its office is in Trevose, in Montgomery County, and it serves the Philadelphia area. Clients first contact a recruiter, who gives advice and a quote before the search begins.
