New Journey

New Journey is a staffing and recruiting business, part of Genesis10, that places people with companies and helps jobseekers find new roles. It says it builds on Genesis10's 25 years of staffing experience. It is based in New York and supports clients and individuals across the U.S. and Canada.

New Journey was founded in 2019 by a team at Genesis10. It first focused on the autonomous vehicle industry and has since widened its work to companies across all industries. It is certified as a disability-owned business enterprise.

Its recruiting is organised into six specialties: manufacturing and industrial roles such as maintenance technicians and material handlers; customer service and call centre roles; creative and e-learning roles such as instructional designers; autonomous vehicle roles such as service technicians and mapping analysts; business and professional roles such as accountants and legal admins; and technology roles such as software and data engineers. Its clients include transportation and logistics, hospitality, financial services, healthcare, utilities and retail businesses.
