New Beginnings Skills International is a Melbourne-based recruitment business that sources skilled workers for Australian businesses and government enterprises, both within Australia and from overseas. Paul Birch established the company, registered as New Beginnings Skills International (Australasia) Pty Ltd, in August 2022.

Its main activity is recruiting skilled migrants, targeting occupations on the Australian Government's Skilled Occupation List, alongside domestic candidates and international students studying in Australia. Sectors it recruits for include road transport and logistics, public transport, manufacturing, construction, waste and circular economy, property services, aviation and agriculture. It is building a partner network in Australia, India, China, Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
