NES Fircroft

NES Fircroft is a workforce solutions provider to technical and engineering sectors, covering oil and gas, power and renewables, chemicals, construction and infrastructure, life sciences, mining, IT and manufacturing. It offers contract staffing, permanent (direct) hire, managed solutions and executive search, along with employer of record, payroll and global mobility services for contractors working abroad. Its managed solutions, covering MSP and RPO, are delivered through a division called NES Advantage Solutions.

The company says it has more than 80 offices in 45 countries. It was founded in 1978 as Northenden Engineering Services by Geoff Lloyd and Bryan Sullivan, became NES Global Talent in a 2011 rebrand, and was sold to AEA Investors in 2012. It merged with Fircroft in September 2020 to form NES Fircroft. Tig Gilliam has been chief executive since 2014. The company has also acquired the IT specialist Halian, adding cyber security, cloud, data and AI capability.
