Need Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Auckland, working with small and medium-sized businesses and corporate commercial clients. It recruits on a permanent, temporary and contract basis, and also offers virtual staffing solutions. It works with an account management approach and says clients have one point of contact.

Support covers local clients and those in the regions. The agency runs a remote office set-up but says it leans towards face to face contact where possible. Alongside recruitment it provides outplacement services for people facing redundancy, talent profiling through candidate profiles, and an advisory service for businesses that want guidance on their own recruitment strategy and best practice.

The company is led by its Director, Tara Fisher, who it says has over 18 years of industry experience in the talent space.
