NCLC Talent Specialists

NCLC Talent Specialists is a recruitment agency founded in 2004 and based in Ballito, South Africa. It places candidates in permanent and temporary roles, with a focus on the retail, supply chain and hospitality sectors. The company's copyright line gives its name as North Coast Labour Consultants.

The agency says it historically operated as a generalist and realigned its focus five years ago towards retail, supply chain and hospitality, while a generalist division still serves a wide range of clients. Its team covers IT, finance, merchandising and supply chain, and data and analytics. It reports placements in numerous outlets across Southern Africa and says it has built relationships with industry players such as PKF, Shoprite Group and Spar.

Its services include skills and culture evaluation, candidate sourcing and attraction, screening and selection, reference and background checks, submission of candidate profiles, interview coordination, and offer and onboarding support.
