Salons, spas, clinics and other businesses in these industries buy fixed price recruitment packages. These range from advertising a vacancy on job boards and on the company's own job board to screening all candidates, presenting a shortlist and scheduling final interviews on the employer's behalf. A separate three-month support service follows new hires after placement to help with retention. The company reports a 93% hire rate within 30 days on its Gold package.
The director also mentors and coaches salon owners in building their businesses.
