National Legal Staffing, LLC has cultivated and maintained a large network of top talent since 1998 and works continuously to add new candidates and new clients to the network. Based in multiple Texas and Colorado locations including Austin, Boulder, Dallas, Denver, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio, the company specialises in direct hire placements of administrators, accounting, attorneys, finance, information technology, paralegals and secretaries. They also handle some contract and temp-to-hire positions. The focus is on providing the best candidate for each job.

Founded in 2001 by Robin Allen, who started her career as a recruiting coordinator for an American Lawyer top 100 firm in Dallas, National Legal Staffing draws on deep knowledge of the legal profession. Robin earned her paralegal certificate from Southeastern Paralegal Institute, an ABA-accredited school, and later worked as a paralegal for a global fashion and accessories retailer. She brings expertise from her previous role leading legal staffing at a global consulting firm in Dallas, where she won the firm's Rookie of the Year award.

National Legal Staffing works with small and boutique law firms, as well as AmLaw 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Since founding, Robin has helped over 500 legal professionals identify long-term strategies to take the right next step in meeting their career objectives. Robin takes a consultative approach based on honesty and candour with a focus on building relationships and making the right long-term connection, not just making a placement. Many clients have worked with the firm since the late 1990s.
