With over 10 years of experience throughout Australia, the UK and the Middle East, Dan has worked in a variety of recruitment roles within key infrastructure sectors. His career has taken him through agency recruitment, client-side into the public sector and directly into prominent engineering consultancies, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the industry’s different landscapes and the unique challenges and obstacles they each present. With extensive experience across the full project life cycle, Dan has supported recruitment from early feasibility and design , through to delivery and commissioning of projects. He has a proven track record of delivering solutions across a range of areas, from executive search to technical delivery, design, commercial management and systems engineering.

With over a decade of experience in recruitment, Joe has built a strong foundation in both the UK and Australia. He began his career in the UK’s Construction sector in 2014, specialising in white-collar recruitment, before making the leap to Australia in 2016. It was here that Joe found his groove in the Rail sector, partnering with industry giants like BHP, ARTC, WSP, Arcadis, UGL, and John Holland. His focus has always been on pre-construction, design, and delivery – essentially helping build the future, one rail project at a time. Joe’s approach is all about strategy and creating lasting impact. Known for his authenticity, he takes the time to deeply understand both his clients' needs and candidates’ aspirations.
