My Monday Search

My Monday Search is a Swedish firm that specialises in search and recruitment of managers and leaders, with a focus on company culture. It starts from the client's company culture when identifying the right leader, and says each assignment is unique, with the method adapted to the need and each step set out in a search strategy.

Its services are executive search, assessment and general recruitment. Assessment covers the skills and potential of leaders, at individual or group level, and can support internal as well as external leadership recruitment. In recruitment it takes on whole assignments or helps clients develop their own recruitment work. The firm works with both client companies and candidates, and is based in Askim.
