Musterrecruit

Musterrecruit is an Auckland-based recruitment company that specialises in the automotive industry. It offers permanent, temporary and contractor recruitment, along with a range of additional HR services. Its service is available across New Zealand.

The company works through a digital, four-step process. It begins with a global automotive search through its international network, then screens and shortlists candidates on expertise, skills and cultural fit. A further assessment looks at industry experience, qualifications and aspirations, after which the company contacts candidates and presents a selection to the client. For temporary roles, it says it monitors each candidate during the placement and applies the same screening as for permanent positions. It says it is based both locally and off-shore.
