MuraConnect is an Indigenous-owned, profit-for-purpose business based in Brisbane that works across Australia. It provides recruitment, First Nations advisory and coaching services, and serves both Indigenous and non-Indigenous professionals. It is an accredited Supply Nation provider.

Its recruitment work covers information technology, accounting and finance, and administration and procurement roles. It offers permanent and contract placements, a full-service search process for operational leaders and C-suite positions, and recruitment administration support. The recruitment side is led by Paul Thomson, Director, Recruitment.

The company was established by Phil Ahmat, Anthony Singh and Ash Kumar. It says its team has over 75 years of combined experience, and that 3% of total profits are redirected into grass roots programs for First Nations people. The name Mura means connection in the Kalaw Lagaw Ya language of the Torres Strait.
