MTC Recruitment

MTC Recruitment is a recruitment agency that places candidates in public and private sector organisations throughout Sydney. It recruits in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing and local government, for both blue collar and white collar roles. It also covers office administration and sources temporary and permanent candidates for professional services, finance, technical trades and civil engineering.

The agency was created in 2010 from the experience of MTC Australia, its parent organisation and an independent social enterprise that runs employment, mentoring and training programs. MTC Recruitment says it operates like any commercial recruitment agency, except that its profit goes back into MTC Australia's operations rather than to an owner or shareholders. Its head office is in Parramatta, New South Wales.

It reports filling more than 160,000 on-hire hours each year and working with hundreds of businesses. It also reports more than 100 on-hire candidates working every day and more than 30 permanent placements in the last financial year.
