MRM

MRM, short for Mens in Relatie tot Maatschappij, places professionals with public sector organisations in the north of the Netherlands. It helps municipalities, provinces and environmental services fill temporary and permanent positions, and it is also brought in for specific advisory projects.

The company works in the spatial and social domains, and also in business operations and a safety domain. Its services include secondment (detachering), interim professionals and advice, with topics such as mediation, nudging, project management, debt assistance and the Omgevingswet and Wkb.

MRM is based in Groningen. It says it has grown from a small team into a network of more than 80 colleagues, and it marked its tenth anniversary at the end of 2025.
