mrkt Talent is a boutique recruitment agency that places people in marketing and product management roles across Australia. It works with both employers and job seekers, and says it specialises exclusively in these two fields.

The agency was founded by Katy Turner, who is its director and works directly with clients from the first conversation to the signed contract. She says she has spent over 15 years recruiting marketing and product people in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, for businesses ranging from ASX50 companies to start-ups. The roles it fills include head of and executive leadership positions, product management, product marketing, growth, brand and content marketing, customer marketing and CRM, field marketing and events, customer strategy and CX, media, PR and communications, and digital and search.

It reports that 83% of the CVs it sends lead to interviews, that the average time from brief to signed contract is 40 days, and that 92% of placed candidates are still employed after 12 months. It also publishes a salary guide, an interview guide and a resume guide.
