Mployment Uitzendbureau works under the line Matching Flexible People and has been active in international and national arbeidsbemiddeling since 2015. It was founded by the entrepreneur Paul van der Holst, who came from the food industry and saw a growing need for flexworkers in that sector, and who has since built the business out into other sectors and areas of expertise. Its motto is de zekerheid van flexibel, the certainty of flexibility, and its services span uitzenden, payrolling, werving en selectie and detacheren. Its strength, it says, is switching quickly in unexpected situations.

The company's roots are in the foodsector: since 1975 it has supplied workers in the bollenstreek to the larger meat processing businesses, and over the years it has widened that expertise into other sectors such as logistics and agriculture. The branches it names are vleesverwerkingsbedrijven, the foodsector, kwekerijen en telers, the agri-sector, transportbedrijven, the logistics sector and cosmetics producers. Its intercedenten have a background in these sectors and so understand both the work and the challenges its clients face, which is the argument it makes for the quality of the flexkrachten it places.

Mployment is based at Vennestraat 52A in Lisse. Clients get one fixed point of contact who acts as the link between them and their flexworkers, visits regularly to keep a finger on the pulse so that a need for more or less capacity is spotted in time, and can be reached from 05:00 in the morning. Its intercedenten speak Polish, Czech, Ukrainian, Dutch and English fluently, so language is not a barrier, and scaling up and down is designed to be quick. For workers coming to the Netherlands it handles the practical requirements: a SOFI or BSN number, a Verklaring omtrent goedgedrag where one is needed, advice on a valid bank account for salary, a valid ID or passport, transport onward to the workplace, and safety boots with steel toecaps.
