Moxie And Mettle is a recruitment agency in Bristol that places marketing, PR, digital, social media, communications and creative professionals. It also recruits for business support, HR and office roles, working across the Bristol area and beyond, and it works both client-side and for agencies.

The company began operating as Moxie and Mettle in 2017. Liz Gadd is named as founder, and Rebecca Hodgson as managing director and founder. It places permanent, freelance, contract and temporary candidates, and says its team has over 100 years of combined recruitment experience.

Clients can choose from four services: advertising a vacancy, contingency recruitment where a fee is paid only on a hire, fixed-fee recruitment, and search and selection for senior or specialist roles.
