Mount Indie

Mount Indie is a recruiting firm that places security-cleared professionals with government contractors. It supports only the Government Services, Federal and Defense space, working with contractors across the DoD, the Intelligence Community and civilian agencies. It was launched in 2018 by founders Brooke and Tommy and is based in San Diego, California.

It recruits for software development, IT engineering and operations, cybersecurity, intelligence and data services roles, as well as leadership positions such as executive and C-level, program management and business development. It says it has also grown client teams with logistics and acquisition professionals.

Its services come in two forms. Alpine is on-demand hiring, offered as direct hire, contract-to-hire and subcontract arrangements, with first candidates submitted within 72 hours, according to the company. Evergreen is a retained model with embedded recruiters, offered as Core, Growth and Hourly options. The company says it does not offshore any part of its recruiting process, and it describes itself as a WOSB/EDWOSB business.
