Motivera Search Group is a national recruiting company that works through a network of local franchise owners and offers franchise opportunities around the country.

Its services are contract staffing, contract-to-permanent staffing, direct hire and permanent placement, and payroll services. Contract staff are W-2 consultants who are paid weekly, and direct hire is charged as a fee based on the candidate's first-year salary. It also runs executive search for managers, directors, vice-presidents and C-level executives. The company says it supports administrative and HR support, engineering, finance and accounting, information technology, legal, light industrial, and marketing and creative services, and that the list is not exhaustive.

Motivera has locations in Boston, Amarillo, Dallas, Sacramento and Seattle, with an office in Boston. Its founder, Brian Tomasello, says he started his first recruiting company in Boston in 2003.
