Motion Recruitment

Motion Recruitment is a New Zealand recruitment business that started in Christchurch in 2011. Jason Seaward, who is managing director, built it, and his son Jordan, now associate director, joined six years ago. It describes itself as a family business that covers the whole country.

The company recruits in five areas: transport and logistics, engineering, construction, administration, and trades and services. Roles include drivers, logistics coordinators, fleet managers and warehouse staff; mechanical, civil, electrical and project engineers; site managers, project coordinators and trades supervisors; office managers, executive assistants and receptionists; and skilled tradespeople, technicians and maintenance specialists.

Motion Recruitment has offices in Auckland and Christchurch and recruits across New Zealand, including Canterbury. It says it has been connecting people with work for nearly 15 years.
