In legal, it recruits partners, special counsel, senior associates, lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, legal secretaries and legal operations staff. Its business support work covers executive assistants, office managers, administrators and receptionists, and its risk and compliance work covers AML/CTF, financial crime, conflicts and governance roles. It also takes on select appointments in the wider professional services and corporate markets.
Naomi Way founded the company and is its Managing Director, with 10 years in legal recruitment. It has offices in Melbourne and Dubai, which are open by appointment only.
