Morton Philips is an Adelaide-based executive search and talent advisory firm, founded in 2007. It offers executive search, advertised recruitment, talent solutions, confidential recruitment campaigns and human resource consultancy, and works with clients across Australia and globally.

The firm recruits senior and executive appointments in finance, healthcare, technology, defence, manufacturing and professional services, as well as in not-for-profit and government sectors. It says it has placed CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CIOs and Board Directors, along with specialists in finance, HR, legal and operations.

Its head office is on Pirie Street in Adelaide, where its Director Research, Rachel Farrell, works on identifying passive candidates who may not know of an opportunity. The firm says many of its roles are not publicly advertised. It is a member of the South Australian Business Chamber and CEDA, and an accredited JOSCAR-AU supplier to the Defence Industry.
