Morgan Benjamin Search Group

Morgan Benjamin Search Group is a Houston-based executive recruiting firm that helps companies in manufacturing, industrial, energy, transportation and professional services build teams across Texas and nationwide. It describes itself as a generalist firm that is not confined to narrow sectors, and names oil and gas among the areas it recruits in.

Its services are direct hire, for critical professional and leadership roles, and retained search, for executive, senior leadership and highly specialised roles. Contract staffing is also listed among its services. The same team operates Snelling Staffing of Houston, which supplies industrial and clerical temporary or temp-to-hire staff to Houston-area companies.

The firm is husband-and-wife-owned. It reports 50+ years of combined experience, and says nearly three in four candidates it recommends earn a client interview and almost one in three of those interviews results in a placement.
