Moon Executive Search is an executive search firm based in Bristol, formed in June 2000. It recruits for Board and C-suite roles, including CEO, CFO, Executive Director and Non-Executive Director appointments, for Private Equity-backed and listed groups, family-owned businesses, SMEs and the charity sector. Its work ranges from market intelligence reports to building executive boards from scratch.

The firm operates through four divisions. The Executive Search practice is led by Vanessa Moon, Simon Quinn and Scott Bird. The Charity Practice, led by Sandy Hinks, recruits chairs, trustees and CEO and CFO roles for charities and not-for-profit organisations, in the South West and nationally. The M.E.T. Practice, led by Scott Bird, covers mid-senior management recruitment across sectors, with a focus on engineering and technical roles. Leadership Consulting, led by Simon Quinn, supports organisations in assessing and developing their leadership capability.

Moon takes instructions in the UK and internationally. It says it has managed retained search campaigns in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
