Mondo Search is an executive search and recruitment consultancy with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Simone Allan established it in 1998 and leads it as Founder and Director. The firm describes itself as one of the longest standing female led executive recruitment consultancies in Australia and says it has placed over 2800 executives.

It places senior contract and permanent executives, including chairs, non-executive directors, managing directors, national sales managers, marketing directors and brand managers, as well as finance and technical roles. Its work is organised in three divisions: consumer industries (direct selling and digital marketing, FMCG, retail, wine and hospitality, manufacturing and agri industries), a For Purpose sector covering community services, not-for-profit and social impact organisations and the professional services sector, and new subsidiary set ups and business start up and scale up operations.

Other services include contractor recruitment, board appointments, HR services and mentoring, career guidance, career transition and professional resume writing. Mondo Search is part of IMSA, a global executive search alliance with 47 offices across Asia, the US and Europe.
