Momentum Consulting is a boutique leadership advisory firm founded by Moritz Hirche (Mo) and based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. The firm exists for moments of movement, recognising that when leaders move, everything changes. Momentum Consulting supports both growth-oriented mid-market companies making critical leadership decisions and senior leaders navigating career transitions. Services include Executive and Board Search for companies post-expansion, post-private equity, or preparing for the next phase, and Momentum Conversations for senior leaders exploring what comes next.

Mo brings nearly a decade of executive search and leadership advisory experience, including previous work with Korn Ferry's Executive Search team on complex leadership and board mandates at scale and later roles in boutique firms supporting mid-market and growth companies. Beyond traditional placement, Mo has overseen governance reviews, CEO compensation evaluations, performance reviews, and selection committee processes. He holds a Master of Business Engineering from Steinbeis University Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Change Management from Cooperative State University Bad Mergentheim.

The philosophy emphasises moments that matter and decisions requiring clarity, judgment, and trust over speed. Momentum operates across Europe and North America. Mo is an active member of the German Canadian Business Association and the Rotary Club of Vancouver Arbutus, and serves as an advisor to MacKay CEO Forums across Canada.
