Mob Jobs is an Aboriginal-owned and operated Indigenous employment agency that provides culturally safe employment, recruitment and training services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. It says it works to improve employment outcomes for First Nations people across Australia, and its office is in Nunawading, Victoria.

Its recruitment work covers candidate sourcing and engagement, pre-employment support, job matching and pathways into apprenticeships and traineeships. For employers, it reviews job descriptions to add a cultural overlay and feedback. It also provides weekly post-placement mentoring for up to 6 months for both employee and employer.

The company offers corporate development services, including cultural safety audits of policies and procedures, First Nations employment strategies and support with Reconciliation Action Plans. It delivers cultural awareness, cultural safety and cultural competency training, and runs a Registered Employer Program that gives employers access to cultural experts and cultural safety frameworks.
