About the Agency
MMD Services is a certified women-owned staffing boutique based in Chicago. It was founded in 2006 by Maria Dubov and works with organisations across the U.S., Canada and Western Europe.
The firm recruits for technology and finance roles, from engineers to financial leaders. It places people on contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire terms. It also offers career coaching for candidates, including resume refinement and interview preparation, and human resources support that shares market demand insights. Contractors on assignment are supported with payroll, benefits and expense reports.
MMD Services reports more than 250,000 candidates, over 200 clients and a 99% repeat client rate. It says it has placed talent in 32 or more U.S. states and three or more countries. The firm also offers career support services to Ukrainian refugees looking to get established in the US.
