About the Agency
MJ Morgan Group is a full-service recruiting and staffing firm based in Timonium, Maryland, serving metro areas from central Pennsylvania to South Texas. It was founded in 2006 by Michael Morgan, who had previously been President and Managing Partner of a large regional firm specialising in high volume light industrial staffing. The firm says it has since grown into an employment solutions business with divisions in IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Administrative and Light Industrial, among others.
It fills professional and light industrial roles through temporary, temp-to-hire, onsite and direct hire staffing, and also offers long-term consulting. On temporary and temp-to-hire assignments, contracted workers stay employed by MJ Morgan Group, which handles payroll, taxes and workers' compensation. The industries it serves include manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, food production, food service, housekeeping and janitorial, skilled labour, clerical and administrative work, and healthcare.
The company has offices in Maryland, Virginia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey and Tennessee, and lists Illinois, North Carolina and South Carolina as coming soon.
