Mix Recruitment

Mix Recruitment is a recruitment consultancy that specialises in finance and accounting. It recruits at all levels of the field, from Accounts Payable through to Head of Finance, and works with employers looking for team members and with candidates looking for roles.

The consultancy was started by Anna Brookes and Greta Knight, who had worked together at a global recruitment consultancy. They say they bring more than 30 years of combined relationships in the Auckland accounting and finance market. Greta Knight has specialised in accounting and finance recruitment for over 15 years and began her career at PWC after qualifying as a CA. Anna Brookes began her recruitment career in the New Zealand office of a global recruitment business and gained recruitment experience in the United States.

The company says it works on the philosophy that relationships are at the core of recruitment and that the long term should always be kept in mind.
