Mitchell Adam Ltd is a boutique consultancy specialising in accountancy and finance recruitment across the Midlands. It was established in 2011 and is based at Alpha Tower in Birmingham. The partners are Mitchell Thompson and Adam Butler, and the company says it has operated in this market for over a decade.
It recruits for permanent, fixed term contract and interim appointments at all career levels. Its work is organised into transactional finance, part qualified finance (candidates studying for ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and qualified finance. Individual consultants also cover senior interim roles and property finance.
A separate arm, MA Executive Search, is a boutique executive level recruiter for high growth businesses wishing to expand their D and C-suite teams.
