Mint Labour

Mint Labour is a labour hire business that supplies workers to cold chain and logistics operations across Australia. Its head office is in Berrinba, Queensland, and it also has an office in Laverton North, Melbourne.

Mint Labour was founded by Avraam Solomon, who also leads Eurocold Cold Fleet Partners, now part of the Petit Forestier Group. The company says it grew out of decades of experience in foodservice, logistics and refrigerated transport.

It places forklift operators, pick-packers, team leaders, dispatchers and logistics coordinators, and offers staff trained for chilled and frozen environments with HACCP experience. Its services include cold chain labour hire, warehouse and distribution staffing, supply chain support, temp-to-perm recruitment and workforce planning. It says every worker is assessed and vetted before placement. Its clients come from cold chain and food logistics, warehousing and distribution, freight handling, manufacturing and production, and site and facility services.
