Miller Resource Group

Miller Resource Group is an executive search and recruiting firm that fills leadership and specialist roles for companies in the food and beverage and industrial technology sectors. It has operated since 1970, when it was founded in Oak Brook, Illinois as Sales Consultants of Oak Brook, Inc. by Donald W. Tobin. Gary Miller bought the firm in 1986, it was renamed Miller Resource Group in 2004, and Travis Miller became president in 2023. It is based in Naperville, Illinois.

In food and beverage, it recruits across areas such as bakery, dairy, and meat and seafood, with a focus on sales, marketing, food science and quality control, from individual contributors to senior leadership. Roles include food scientist, quality assurance manager and product development chef. In industrial technology, its specialities include robotics, control systems and factory automation.

It reports more than 8,000 roles filled, 40,000 interviews conducted and 100,000 candidates engaged.
