Miller Leith

Miller Leith is a recruitment and consulting firm founded in 2012 by Stephen Borg and Joe Sette. It provides specialist recruitment, temporary and contract recruitment, and executive search, mainly for clients in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Industrial and Not-for-profit organisations. It reports operating across ten disciplines, among them engineering, finance, human resources, marketing, procurement, and supply chain and logistics.

The company also offers consulting services, including career management, career transition, and aptitude testing and psychometric profiling. It describes its services as spanning specialist recruitment, people development, HR consultancy and outplacement.

Miller Leith has offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Varsity Lakes in Queensland, and says it supports clients in Australia and New Zealand. It reports a team of over 25 consultants, split 40/60 between recruitment professionals and people with industry experience. Christy Moses was appointed chief executive from 1 May 2026, with Stephen Borg moving to Founder and Executive Director.
