Miller+Boyd is a boutique executive search and advisory firm working under the line Leadership Matters. It describes itself as a team of deeply experienced and knowledgeable consultants dedicated to helping clients advance their business through the evaluation and recruitment of impactful leaders. Susan Boyd founded Miller+Boyd in 2014 after a 16 year career at Russell Reynolds Associates, and she works closely with boards and CEOs on their leadership needs.

John Bell, whose career in executive search started in 2005 with Russell Reynolds Associates and who joined Miller+Boyd in 2015, recruits senior executives and board members for clients in fintech, payments and banking. Angie Gunning leads operations for the firm, covering contract management, accounting, billing and collections, candidate and client logistics, and travel; she joined in 2015 following a career in accounting.

Miller+Boyd is based in Atlanta, Georgia, where both search consultants sit.
