Miles Advisory

Miles Advisory is an independent search and advisory firm with offices in London and Leeds. It advises commercial, public and third sector clients on board services, executive search, talent insight, culture and people communications and leadership services, and also offers executive interim and consulting work and leadership assessment.

Its search work covers chief executives, managing directors, other C-suite executives and non-executive directors, including chairs. It serves commercial clients and the government and public sector, where it is accredited by the Crown Commercial Service and says it is a preferred partner of the UK Government. Public sector clients include central government departments, arm's length bodies, regulation, local and regional government, housing, emergency services and the NHS. Its wider client base includes public listed companies, private equity, challenger brands, start-ups and mutuals. Its partners include specialists in financial services, private equity and agribusiness.

Miles Advisory works with clients in the UK and internationally. It says its partners bring over 30 years of experience. In April 2025 it was welcomed into membership of IIC Partners, a provider of executive search and leadership consulting services.
