MI Select is a specialist recruitment and executive search consultancy based in London and operating in the UK. It recruits for financial services, fintech, insurance, technology and professional services, and offers executive search, permanent recruitment and interim placements, including contract roles.

Aslam Ibrahim is a cofounder and partner. Before co-founding the business he ran an interim desk at a boutique recruitment firm, appointing finance, marketing and technology leaders. James Munro, also a partner, has over 30 years of experience in executive search and contingency recruitment, and describes the search firm as focused on technology and insurance. The two leaders say they have over 40 years of combined experience in search, recruitment and selection.

Its executive search process starts with an assessment of the client's organisation and the role, followed by a targeted search, screening that includes interviews and reference checks, and a shortlist of candidates. The company also helps with offer negotiation and provides onboarding support after placement.
