MetroSeek provides professional search and recruitment services to companies nationwide. It concentrates on three areas: visual communications and branded environments, facilities management and construction, and national account sales.

Its national account sales work covers placing people with a record of selling to multi-site customers, in sectors such as retail, convenience and grocery stores, restaurants, petroleum, banks, hotel chains, automotive and healthcare. In the other two areas it recruits for roles such as project managers, estimators, operations leaders and sales executives. It says it sponsors and takes part in industry associations in the sectors it serves.

MetroSeek reports over 30 years of combined experience and more than 1,300 professionals placed since its founding.
