Mep Resourcing

Mep Resourcing is a specialist building services labour-only contractor that provides mechanical and electrical teams to projects throughout the UK. It supplies plumbers, ventilation staff, electricians, supervisors, labourers, project managers and admin support. It serves regional SMEs and large multinational contractors, working on projects with an M&E value between £0.5M and £20M, and says it supplies labour on a fixed-price basis.

The company reports more than 500 contractors on assignment each week, rising to over a thousand who work with it regularly across the year. Each client is given a dedicated account manager. It has offices in the North and South and supplies projects from Glasgow to Bournemouth. Its head office is in Liverpool, with further offices in London and Scotland.

Managing Director Ben Leigh set up the business in 2016, after close to 20 years in recruitment, to focus on the building services sector. The company also uses the name MEP Technical Talent, and its registered company name is MEP Technical Talent Ltd.
