MedNational Staffing is a healthcare staffing business that serves organisations and candidates nationwide. It places nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical and non-clinical staff, and its clients include large hospital systems, long-term care facilities, laboratories and federal and municipal government agencies. Roles it fills include travel nurses, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, medical assistants and phlebotomists, as well as non-clinical positions in human resources and information technology.

It provides temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire staffing, payrolling, recruitment process outsourcing, human resource consulting, payroll services and MSP/VMS. It says it renews assignments around 90% of the time and runs a call centre open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The company was founded in August 2005 and is based in Auburn Hills, Michigan. In 2016 it was acquired by CrossFire Group, a commercial staffing agency owned by Marty Rosenau and Deb Schneider. CrossFire, now its parent company, covers roles outside the medical industry. MedNational describes itself as woman-owned.
